Problem：No print, blank cards coming out

Solution:

Take out the color ribbon to check if there are any traces of printing, if there is,increase the Y parameter

As shown in the picture,open the "Card Printer Utility" to adjust the Y parameter, it is recommended to increase or decrease the Y parameter in steps of 20 after reading the parameter, and then fine-tune the parameter.

If the display screen shows that printing failed, Printhead data cable may be disconnected. Re-plug the print head cable to ensure that it is installed in place before trying to print.

After taking out the ribbon box, you will see the printhead cable. Please unplug the cable when the printer is powered off. Pull the cable in the direction of the arrow.

If there is no trace of printing after taking out the ribbon. The Printhead may be damaged, and the printerhead needs to be replaced
