Problem：Printing one or two panels/colors

Solution:

• If there is an error on the display, it may be caused by unstable data transmission. It is recommended to re-plug the data cable or replace the  cable

• If there is no error on the display,adjust and increase the Y parameter for debugging.

As shown in the picture,open the "Card Printer Utility" to adjust the Y parameter, it is recommended to increase or decrease the Y parameter in steps of 20 after reading the parameter, and then fine-tune the parameter.
