The iQ4R is a 4 inch UHF RFID label printer that combines high-performance thermal transfer and direct thermal barcode printing with built-in UHF RFID encoding .It supports both standard and on-metal RFID tags, prints at up to 10 ips (203 dpi), and comes with rich connectivity including serial,USB,Bluetooth 5.0 and Ethernet,with optional Wi-Fi 6.Designed for retail,warehousing,logistics and manufacturing,it streamlines inventory tracking,asset management and supply-chain visibility.
Integrated UHF RFID Encoding.
Built-in fixed-position antenna supports GS1 EPC Gen2 v2/ISO 18000-63.It encodes both standard and on-metal RFID tags,with a minimum label/tag pitch of 15 mm (0.59")for standard tags and 20 mm(0.79")for on-metal tags,and tolerates on-metal tag thickness up to 1.25 mm(0.049").
High-Precision, High-Speed Printing.
Available in 203 dpi and 300 dpi resolutions,with print speeds up to 10 ips(203 dpi)/8 ips(300 dpi) and a max print width of 104 mm(4.1").Supports both direct thermal and thermal transfer for paper,synthetic and specialty labels.
Long Media Run,Less Downtime.
Supports a 450m(1,476 ft)ribbon and media rolls up to 200 mm(8.0") outer diameter,with media width from 20mm to 120mm and thickness from 0.08mm to 0.25mm— fewer ribbon/media changes in high-volume operations.
Multi-Language Emulation.
Embeds ZPL-II,TSPL,DPL and EPL2 printer languages on a 32-bit RISC CPU with 2 GB Flash/256 MB RAM, enabling easy migration from legacy printers and fast integration into existing label software.

Standard interfaces include Serial RS232,USB-B,USB Host,Bluetooth 5.0 and Ethernet 10/100Base-T.Optional Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax(Wi-Fi 6) supports WPA/WPA2 Enterprise and EAP-TLS/EAP-PEAP authentication for secure enterprise wireless deployment.
