The iD860 is a desktop direct thermal barcode label printer. Featuring compact footprint and lightweight construction, it adopts an easy paper loading mechanism with streamlined human-machine interaction. It delivers a maximum print speed of up to 6 ips, balancing high efficiency and ease of use to fit a wide range of space constraints.
High Efficiency Thermal Printing
Maximum print speed of 152 mm/s, maximum print width of 108 mm and maximum print length of 1296 mm. Using direct thermal printing technology, it rapidly outputs various labels and barcodes.
Flexible Interfaces & Mobile Printing
USB‑B interface as standard; Ethernet and dual‑mode Bluetooth 5.2 are optional. When paired with user friendly label software and mobile APP, the Bluetooth version enables convenient label design and printing.
Complimentary BarTender Label Editing Software
The iD860 barcode printer comes with free BarTender label editing software to simplify label creation and design. This complimentary software provides flexible, customizable tools for designing and printing application-specific labels to improve overall productivity.
Media Compatibility
iD860 supports continuous media, gap media, black mark media, fanfold media and hole-mark labels. Media width ranges from 25.4 mm to 118 mm, media thickness from 0.06 mm to 0.25 mm, with a maximum roll outer diameter of 127 mm. It supports continuous and tear-off media handling modes, compatible with a variety of thermal label stocks.
Reliable Performance
iD860 have 32 bit processor. Operating temperature range 5℃ to 40℃; storage temperature range -20℃ to 50℃; and operating relative humidity range 25% to 85%. The iD860 is certified to CCC, CE, CB safety standards, and compliant with RoHS and WEEE environmental directives, enabling stable long hour printing for desktop applications.
